But whats important is mom had fun and dad contributed to that fun! :P

Alot of hardwork and grievances..
decided to treat ourselves to some sushi! chatted and gossiped till the restaurant was closing.. and had to give up the original plans to SHOP till we DROP.. :P


Love the sushi variety at Ichiban sushi and its SUPER tasty! Can't say that it definitely beats my Sakae sushi 100%. They each have their good points which will keep me visiting them! hahaha ^^

And a big honour also mi first attempt at being an emcee. Altho for weddings we have scripts prepared but was definitely tough cos I offered to do the mandarin version while ziyi did the english. :P

Wrote a "love story" abt Siang & Janice. Had to spice it up with some facts and fiction! wahaha :D Overall, still quite please with mi "performance". Raymond gave mi some good advice too.. "Mandarin should be spoken slowly, its not like English"
I've never thought about that before.. think its become a bad habit to just speak fast... *"*

Anyway, got to the ballroom early for some emcee briefing.. so snapped a few shots of the exotic black & red combination for decoration! Very bold and out of the ordinary for chinese weddings!

The food was terribly good at The Oriental! Highly recommended if you're looking for a good place for your wedding and inviting mi!~ hee :D

My first time to Sengwai's house. Drove to Serangoon and got lost! I actually drove past that tiny hidden gate of The Yardley and missed it! *fainted* Its like the gate to the Secret Garden! No obvious guardhouse, no obvious "The Yardley" sign, no obvious drive in!! argh!!~ Had to stop by some busstop and calmly check my street directory~ :P

Was an evening of games and bbq food! Same bbq caterer -=BBQ Wholesale Center =-we engaged for EQC offsite, except this time, no BBQ assistants. But there's always reliable class guys and sengwai's bro and housemate to get everything going hahaha!~ :D

My first try at Nintendo wii too! Bish! Seeing james having such an easy time at the boxing game.. still cant figure my mi power punches didn't work. But it was quite a good workout.. *"*


Remembering abt mi camera only after the round of 10 pple DOTA before i had to go home to get mi beauty rest.. hee~ our DOTA score.. which i obviously din do too well.. cos i cant remember wat items to get anymore *sob*
Poor sohcheng left her hero alone to help mi out during the game and her hero got ambushed.. *angry*

Finally visited siang's new place on wednesday after work. Really nice~ Simple and spacious!

Continuing with the movie marathons..
This weekend i watched:
1) Pursuit of Happyness - Really nice.. felt life wasn't all hopeless after the show. My new idol is Chris Gardner~ :P But its a really great true story for a movie.. definitely worth watching!
2) 8 below - Touching especially if you are a dog lover. My heart would just wrench everytime something happens to one of the dogs... :'( Another movie inspired by true stories. simply loved it!~



Bought mi choya since many many mths ago.. never found a good time to enjoy it.. well.. finally got phiaphia to try it wif mi.. um~~ the original (green) is really nice!

After a huge lunch @ botak jones, still decided on western food for dinner wif susan... where we can take our time, chat and eat wedges ;)Breko, pretty well known for Happy Hour beer across the street from Bugis Junction. We went to the one at HollandV though annd din't have beer.. hee~

Thow Wee's bday we decided to go to the nearest one at Clementi. Hmm wasn't too impressed when i realised its at some tiny coffeeshop that had SUPER LIMITED seats..

Authentic American Food. Stall sits in a corner of the coffeeshop, the one with the longest queue!
