I'm an EXPLORER / director

Your Major and Minor Personality Types

Your major personality type = Explorer
Your minor personality type = Director

E-Explorer - 32% N-Negotiator - 18%
B-Builder - 24% D-Director - 25%

You are a skywalker. You love adventure, both intellectual and physical. And you greet new challenges with passion and bravery.

When you get interested in a project, you can become extremely focused on it, sometimes to the exclusion of all around you. You complete it carefully and thoroughly, often with great originality.

And because you have a lot of energy and tend to be enthusiastic about your ideas, inventions, and projects, you can be very persuasive.

You tend to like to collect things, experiences or ideas. And you are eager to make an impact on those around you, as well as the wider world.

Although you enjoy people and can be charming and humorous, you are not very interested in routine social engagements or boring people. You are comfortable being by yourself, pursuing your own interests.

People probably call you a non-conformist, an original. You like to have good conversations on important topics. People tend to admire you for your innovativeness. You make an exciting, though at times distant, companion.

How your personality breaks out

Characteristics of all four personality types can be found within each of us, but there is almost always one personality type that is dominant. We call this the major personality type.

The Personality Profile also identifies your minor or secondary personality type. You exhibit some aspects of this personality type, though not to the same degree as with your major type.
Builder, 24%: Usually very popular. Deep attachment to home and family. Calm demeanor and low anxiety. Often consistent, loyal and protective.

Explorer, 32%: Known for high energy, high creativity and spontaneity. Seeks novelty, risk and pleasure. Intellectually curious and not easily swayed by opinion.

Negotiator, 18%: Excels at seeing the big picture, long-term planning and consensus building. An intuitive thinker who is flexible, verbal and socially skilled. Imaginative, empathetic and nurturing.

Director, 25%: Daring, original, direct and inventive. A non-conformist. Skilled at abstract thinking and short-term planning. Often assertive and quite competitive. Tough-minded and efficient.

*~ i love mooncakes ~*

Every year when it nears mid-autumn, i will start having cravings for mooncakes!! could be due to seeing alot of promotions.. or it could be just a psychological thing?

The packaging is one thing that keeps improving every year to entise people to buy them whether as gifts or for themselves.

*~Open sesame!~*

*~ snow skin mooncakes from Bengawan Solo ~*

*~ traditional mooncakes + double yolk!! from Bee Cheng Heng ~*

Used to love snow skin mooncakes when i was young cos they are nice and cold when you bring it out of the fridge. But now that im getting older, the traditional ones (also the unhealthier one) becomes more appealing. And something that cannot be missing is the yolk!! *tasty!~*

*~ Woke up from a little dream ~*

I finally woke up from a silly dream i created for myself yesterday (Friday 12th Sept). Although I was filled with disappointment, unwilling to wake up... but now that the truth has hit me, i think it's also better this way. :)

Friday was still a good day~ left office to do run some errands for the shop.. also walked through Dhoby Ghaut Exchange for the 2nd time.

Got myself a Pudding Milk Tea ($2.90), something Phia had when we were at Shenzhen, China in January. Super nice and left me a slight craving for the past 9 mths... They only sell 10 cups a day probably cos of the limitation of pudding manufacturing, and I got the last one! :D

Was tempted and decided to try out the $10 Traditional Thai Massage. I seriously think its a good business idea but maybe the location isn't perfect. If it was in IBP, i might visit it at lunchtime pretty often. $10 for a 20 min Shoulder and Back massage. The guy was pretty good until he tried to convince me to take up a 5 session package for $50 where I get 1 free session. Its not a bad deal except i probably won't travel all the way from Jurong to Dhoby Ghaut for a 20 min back massage... :P

Had Hawaiian Pork Chops at Cartel at PS which were really good! Tender and reminded me of the homemade porkchops mom used to make when we were young. They ran out of cakes at 9+ cos of the 50% discount after 9pm, so i settled for some brownies instead.

Still got some stuff to blog but its bed time now. 11pm to 2am is the best time to rejuvenate~ :D

*~ Botan ~* @ Far East Square

Spent my 9-11 having some relatively authentic Nihon ryoori at a Japanese restaurant. Didn't get a photo of the cook whom i'm speculating to be Japanese although the waitresses were chinese... :P

The food was pretty good.. but the portion was too huge though.. couldn't keep up to the polite Japanese culture of finishing every bit of my food... :(

*~ 090908 ~*

a super long and tiring weekend.. Shop@Summer rented a stall at Island Resort Bazaar @ East Coast Park on Saturday 6th September. Had to give tuition ALL DAY on sunday from morning till night cos i had to reschedule the saturday class with my dear cousins to sunday as well. :P

Bazaar was ok, we did much better that the past 2 we had last yr. Perhaps it's cos we have better items too? Just look at how much we had to sell!! And that's not even all, we didn't have enough hangers for the clothes and space for the bags.

*~ Our stall and my "Boss"! ~*

Hmm~ Took a day off from work today, did my physiotherapy in the morning.. went with mom to develop some photos then headed for lunch.. went to see a chinese physician to get yet another opinion of the back and shoulder and neck aches i've been getting on top of the yet to recover wrist injury. Each time I see another chinese physician i get better news that i'm in GREAT health!

The doctor couldn't pinpoint why i was having so much pains when my health is in great condition. She attributed my problems to: 1. The wrist surgery 2. Sleep difficulty 3. Stress!! Hmm... i told her i never found working stressful.. in fact quite enjoyable. Despite sometimes feeling a little down.. but not stressful?? Anyway mom and doctor are so certain that i'm stressed but not realising it. So i will take it easy.

Got some medicines to improve my sleep, also to just regenerate. Good stuff~ and advice to SWIM. Ok.. will start swimming again~ :P

I've finally back dated on EricO's bday, Daddy's bday.. wanted to type out my Japanese Oral passage but i haven't installed the language program since formatting the comp. ;)

I'm still a little disappointed though because a friend had not kept his promise again. Where's my photo??? But stubborn as I am, i will continue to wait~ ;)

their birthday presents. :D

Then we had a horrible cab ride experience to Plaza Singapura.. We were all car sick by the time we got to town.. and the cabbie throughout the journey was still praising himself for being such a GREAT driver and how LUCKY we were to get on his cab despite the horrible peak hour traffic.. OMG!!! I headed straight to the ladies after getting down.. :(

Luckily, i was still able to have some GOOD food at MFM (Manhattan Fish Market) !

cherrie's feeling a little down today.. perhaps a little more than a little.. :P maybe been thinking and worrying about too many things. *big sigh*

but at least some bad air has been cleared, lets home the air stays clear though..
maybe its time to take a break but my holiday is planned at the end of Dec!! should really do a weekend getaway soon once my students' exams and o'levels end.. which is end of oct.. *hanging in there*

also shifted cubicle today to where Raina C used to sit. Will my fengshui improve? :P

Phia also had some bad news to share with me.. hmm what to do as a sister, i don't even know what kind of advice to give now. She has to learn to decide for herself what she wants in the end. *sigh*
