I had the greatest and longest laughs on thursday 29th November 2007 when my colleagues planned a surprise party for me. Unfortunate for them i seemed to stumble in at the wrong times like...
** suspicion 1 **
when cindy was trying to dig up a candle then zana had to distract me. Each time they tried to cover up was just funny for me.. hehee~ How ah.. being too smart isn't fun sometimes.. i can't get tricked but at least i can laugh :D
** suspicion 2 **
alan and ani appeared at the lift where my lunch clique gathers to go for lunch.. i turned to zana and said "something's suspicious.." and that girl grinned and turned away!
** suspicion 3 **
Then alan asked "so where we going for lunch!" and someone said "atrium" and alan went "har?! atrium???" by then ani had disappeared, leaving alan entering the lift with us alone! *faint* Thow wee and Mich had disappeared and Eric had a lunch appointment. Seems pretty normal still.. and they REALLY took mi for a walk in the Atrium foodcourt (which almost threw me off guard) until...
** suspicion 4 **
mohammed went "the muslim food today looks really sucky man, lets go somewhere else!" Haha~ so we walked to TCC in German Centre where mich and tw were alredi waitin..

Planning on a thurs really caught me off guard.. thats why i din dress up nicely :( and lucky for us for inviting alan along cos we had to delay the team meeting by 15 min.. :P

Thanks to my colleagues for being ever so thoughtful.. they really went and got mi stuff i liked! A new charmed bracelet which they handpicked charms, a new jade four-leaf clover cos im always so unlucky.. and Chopper tissue box cover which i had wished for CHRISTMAS??? a party mask, some Japanese apple candy and a anti-wrinkle cream.... :(

Next day 30th Nov 2007, wuichong shouted throughout office, Cheryl, you have flowers!! eeep!~ History repeating itself!! I was sure i didn't buy miself flowers lor! Then found out it was from xiaodi.. he TRICKED ME!! and i was so professional about giving him mi namecard okie... But fine.. credit to xiaodi.. he's smarter than mi! *yay i still got hope~*

But there's always a little surprise in a not-so-surprising gift. Thats the flavour~ cos apparently the dark and milk chocs were out. :P

Received this in a small package on my birthday 1st Dec 2007 thanks to tc.. dunno how he managed to find this movie that mi and bing loved to watch when we were young. I was amazed at how much i had remembered from the movie!

Sadly i was supposed to be cramming for my JLPT which was on the nxt day.. so we settled for a simple lunch at Ivins at upper bukit timah. Always a good place for indonesian food~ :)

A gift from major when we all met up at vivo on 8th November 2007. After he got married, he's even more of a SNAG now! haha so cute~ all the little doggies.. i didn't get to ask if there's any meaning to the gift but i'm presuming cos i have wangwang and im a doggie lover? :)

Got a lift home in his week-old white Mitsubishi Lancer too! Horrible major told mi the carlock was using biometric sensors and only he and his wife can open it. argh!~ i seriously fell for it thinking "oooo now cars are very high tech"!!
