If you've heard of tian tian 天天 chicken rice at maxwell road food center, you might also have heard abt the chef leaving 天天 and opening another stall just a few stalls down the same lane.. :P
I think 天天 is great, but i was just curious so i went and gave ah-tai 阿仔 a try as well..

actually the queue wasn't even as long as 天天 which is definitely a plus point if you have to rush back to work...
I got myself a set meal for $5, comes with a nice plate of veg to make my meal more balanced.

verdict? hmm i secretly think 天天 was better.. although everyone has said told me they couldn't tell the difference.. maybe i was just unlucky that the chicken felt a bit tougher that day..
In any case, Maxwell is undergoing reno at the end of this month (Sep) and will be closed for 2 mths.. will have to wait till end of the year to get my famous chicken rice again. :)
