always trying to live a healthier lifestyle.. we bought shape-ups from sketchers, supposed to help toning, improving posture, relieving backaches etc etc.. doesn't sound too possible right? but the shoes are still nice to wear anyway even if they don't work their magic~

total workout time ~ about 2.5 hrs.. till the skies got dark and was starting to rain... but its a really nice walk in the park~
Next stop, feast at Ikea! -_-" totally wasted the walk.. but it had been ages since i went to ikea for food!
