Back in borland michael had always recommended to try some authentic Japanese Omakase.
Omakase (お任せ?) is a Japanese phrase that means "It's up to you" (from Japanese 任す, entrust).
What it means is to leave the selection to the chef~
Was super excited when suming had invited us along with her 2 japanese friends to Miz to try out a $50 budget Omakase. You can actually plan your budget urself, if u decide to have a more "atas" meal that day u can always request something more.
Here's what we got with $50~

*~ outside Miz along Craig Road ~*

*~ 1st dish - appetizers ~*
This really set the standard for the food, it was toooooo good!

*~ dish 2: sashimi ~*
Not the best because apparently the japanese restaurants in SG get their fresh deliveries on specific days (tues and i forgot when) so these are the days u get ur BEST sashimi!

*~ dish 3: chawanmushi ~*

*~ dish 4 - another lot of delicacies ~*

*~ oyster~*

*~ cod fish ~*

*~ steak ~*
By this time we were already full~ but what makes it enjoyable is we never know whats coming next~ :)

*~ dish 5: salmon cutlets ~*

*~ dish 6: udon ~*

*~ and FINALLY, black sesame icecream! ~*
*~ look how satisfied we all are ~*
