Was cleaning up my wardrobe and came across some really old but sentimental t-shirts... So the cleanest way to keep some memory is to take photos of them and blog abt it ;)
This t-shirt was for sale to all GEP students. I think I bought it in sec 1. I remember liking the rainbow coloured print on a white t-shirt but bought this blue one for logical reasons that it was of better quality.. haha~
And this was an important shirt because firstly, i took the step out to stop being shy and quiet and joined the student council. Secondly, I came up with the idea of the design cos i liked spiders and spiderwebs.. but i'm not an artist so I had a council mate (Junchen) draw it! So this was the first 31st student council t-shirt! ;)
And this t-shirt also hold some memories for me. It was printed for our 3-on-3 team (Yanhan, Xuelin and me). We are like the smallest but fastest in the school team (me being one of the bench warmers of cos.. hehee) but Yanhan and Xuelin were really fast players and nice girls who didn't mind just playing for the fun of it! so #10 is Sakuragi's number from Slamdunk! ;D And "Wei" is part of my chinese name.
Unfortunately, to all of the above.. i've lost touch with most people. :( But i'll never know when our paths might cross again as these people were once very important people in my life and i really treasure the memories. :)
GEP days.... where although i was always shy and quiet.. i had some really fun friends like liwen mummy, ivy grandma.. and where suming and i were so close my parents started to worry if i was "gay"
JC times..
Council camp.. was real tough but for the first time i realised how tough i could be. Running down the steep steps when my eyes could barely open~ even cried a few times when i realised it was all in the mind!
I also started to play basketball for the first time. Learning layups with Ai'er from Zhongyi and finally joining the team for training.. playing lots basketball till the lights on the court went out then going to KAP for a upsized BIG MAC meal and 1 litre of Soya Bean milk after that..
So.. those were the days huh!~ :)
