Hmm~ another great year has gone by quickly~ Thank you for all the bday wishes~ Except those that kept reminding me about my age.. hahaha~ *kidding* The final wish I was waitin for came a little late but I'm still thankful i wasn't totally forgotten. ;)
Yup! I still went to work as usual since I had pre-booked my colleagues for dinner on a monday night after work~ Sally had her Lunch & Learn for our baby "SCTM" where i promised to give moral support. Cindy came by and "cordoned" off my cubicle with a 'Winnie-the-pooh' bday banner so everyone that wanted to speak to me had to "limbo-rock" into my area.
It was a funny day though. We gave Qinyu his belated bday gift which included a card that had a button when pressed, plays the "Happy Birthday". And there was a funny attempt to make me feel forgotten by my very funny boss.. haha :D atam kept going "oh that's all, ok!" Anyways it was also getting late so back to my cubicle to work.
As I was rushing some work, i thought i heard the "Happy Birthday" music from Qinyu's card. Ignoring it i continued work until i started hearing laughter behind me. Finally decided to turn around, I saw everyone coming in from behind standing around, watching me like a "caged monkey" :P
Thank you, it was cool though cos I was really thrown off-guard. Good one! you got me this time guys!
Dinner was gonna be in town cos i wanted to chill out outdoors, maybe somewhere in orchard where i could enjoy the christmas lightings. Chris made a booking at Fish&Co at 7.30pm~
Yup, it was Fish&Co which I should have remembered there was the bday sabo they always have! Slipped my mind until the crew came by our table with a lighted sparkler~ Hmm.. up the chair i go, received a nice birthday cheer and smiled nicely at all the diners in the restaurant that evening. :D
Planned to have some coffee and cake at NYDC but it was full on a monday night! Took some time walking around the Heeren area to enjoy the christmas feeling in the air~
Settled for coffee club which was just across the road. My colleagues were starting to have too much fun signing off things like a paper thingie at fish&co which now i have to use as a bookmark in office. And then a coaster at Coffee Club.
It's become fun to take pictures of my gifts and make funny comments about them in my blog so as to remember them~ ;)

I asked for the largest and most expensive bottle of sake from a Japanese shop in Central but i got this tiny bottle in the shape of a peach! But it beats a HUMONGOUS bottle of sake anytime! Thanks! I can't bear to drink this...

From now on, every year I will be expecting a box of nama chocolates. These chocolates are great! Best I've ever had~ This year i get a new flavour! *hurray!*
Thanks everyone for all the treats and gifts and wishes~ Will treasure the moments of fun and laughter. The great memories for the year of 26. Feeling really sentimental cos so much has happened in this one year. I'm again looking forward to becoming a little wiser this year~
